Prior to starting ROI Dataworks, Kathy worked as Vice President Marketing Strategy and Analysis for a direct marketing agency in Chicago IL, helping clients to utilize integrated direct marketing tools to increase sales and marketing return on investment.
Through her years of practicing direct marketing as a client, and later at an Agency, her experiences create a powerful combination for clients. Data analytics is the cornerstone of Kathy's success as it produces data driven decisions which provide solid strategies for companies to increase revenue and decrease costs. Kathy is committed to maximizing client's ROI through knowledge-based decisions, bringing together powerful tools, experience, and her ability to find the story to unlock new ways for companies to improve their profitability.
Kathy worked with two strategy-driven direct marketing firms, helping clients understand their business through quantitative database analysis to uncover new opportunities. These clients include both business to business and business to consumer. The list spans vertical industries from Fortune 100 to small niche markets. Financial Companies include Bank of America, Liberty Bank, ABN AMRO, Fifth Third Bank. Master of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas 1993 While in Las Vegas, Kathy managed marketing research projects for Harrah's, Circus Circus, and The Mirage through her university work. After graduation, she became Manager of Marketing – Hotel for The Mirage where she was responsible for revenue management, sales and marketing strategy, and forecasting and budgeting for all hotel departments.
